Our Team
Ernest Pellegrino
Executive Managing Director / Head of Investment Banking
Mr. Pellegrino manages GSS Capital Group, including structuring, negotiating, advising, and placing capital for investment banking and corporate finance clients, as well as providing financial advisory services. He brings over 30 years of experience and has participated in or placed over $1 billion of capital for public and private companies. Previously he served as Head of Investment Banking at First Montauk Securities Corp. and Coleman & Company Securities, and earlier at firms including Shearson Lehman Bros. and Gruntal & Co. He graduated from St. John's University with a BS in Finance and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses.
Terry Brodt
Managing Director
Mr. Brodt joined GSS in 2010 and brings over 30 years of securities industry experience to the Corporate Finance Department. He previously served as Senior Vice President at First Montauk Securities Corp., Prudential Securities, and Morgan Stanley, with extensive experience in private placements, M&A, and corporate advisory services. He has a particular acumen for science and technology-based companies. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 65, and 79 licenses.
